Job summary

Rubio Monocoat USA, LLC seeks an ecommerce growth marketer to own email, SMS, Shopify store growth and conversion strategies. You will drive weekly campaigns, lifecycle flows and landing-page optimization to scale revenue in the US market from Spicewood, Texas.

You will work in a small,Ownership-driven team, embracing AI-forward tools, and a hybrid work model with remote options for the right candidate. Experience across DTC and B2B shops is valued.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in ecommerce marketing with ownership of Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Has run A/B tests and can explain learnings.
• Working SEO knowledge; not the strategist.
• Daily use of AI tools in work.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify across DTC and B2B: landing pages, collections, product setup, promos, apps, checkout and theme changes.
• Iterate Klaviyo program: weekly campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Launch SMS campaigns and flows.
• Run a CRO and A/B testing program with hypothesis logs.
• Own product reviews: requests, responses, syndication.
• Implement onsite SEO and GEO plans; adapt content for US market.
• Build post-purchase flows and education templates for resellers.
