Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily
- Be the primary contact for all district business operations
- Grow and develop district teams, including deployment and strategic people development
- Lead day-to-day operations and execute a strategic plan for growth
- Aim for same-store sales growth and an enhanced guest experience
- Foster a culture of positivity and growth within the district
