Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee daily brand execution and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The role emphasizes cleanliness, staffing, and delivering hospitality in line with our culture.

You will drive store metrics, lead weekly meetings, plan schedules, and ensure health and safety standards. The position offers a competitive salary in Utah with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Willingness to obtain trainings and obtain certifications as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily across FOH & BOH.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH.
• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth.
• Responsible for line speed measured by transaction times.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and manage customer reviews.
• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer.
• Review weekly employee schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory, etc.
• Know Mo' Bettahs culture and uphold standards.
• Adhere to company policies on health, safety, and appearance.
