Mo' Bettahs seeks a District Manager to oversee Northern Utah and Southeast Idaho operations, mentoring General Managers and driving district-wide growth. You will execute strategic plans to boost same-store sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Lead brand development, manage day-to-day operations, and build strong teams focused on culture, accountability, and measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily across districts.
• Mentor and lead General Managers in multiple locations.
• Drive same-store sales growth and improve guest experience.
• Build a culture of positivity, growth, and accountability.
