Remedy in Atlanta is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own all digital channels and performance marketing for Atlanta Humane Society, Operation Humane, and Remedy. You will drive traffic, audience growth, and acquisition with hands-on ad platform management and data-driven optimization.

The ideal candidate is creative and analytical, adept at optimizing campaigns, collaborating with creative teams, and leading initiatives to maximize impact across channels and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns with demonstrated success.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, StackAdapt, SproutSocial, ClickUp, and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Experience managing and maintaining a Google Ad Grant account and compliance.
• Excellent copywriting skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital advertising strategies across multiple organizations.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns including fundraising appeals and lead generation.
• Manage ad buying, budget allocation, and ensure ROI.
• Draft compelling ad copy and collaborate on high-performing assets.
• Oversee campaign scheduling, targeting, and A/B testing.
• Lead Google Ad Grant campaigns and track performance with reports.
