Job summary

FundGuard is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation Marketing to own and execute global programs that drive pipeline growth. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will translate strategy into integrated campaigns across digital, ABM and lifecycle marketing, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years in demand generation or growth marketing.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech or financial services.
• Proven ownership of pipeline-driven marketing programs.
• Strong analytical and operational mindset.
• Hands-on with AI, marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfortable independently in a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global demand generation strategy aligned to revenue goals.
• Design campaigns across digital, ABM, email nurture, website and channels.
• Translate pipeline targets into quarterly campaign plans.
• Drive pipeline growth across asset owners, asset managers and asset servicers (US, Canada, UK).
• Build and manage campaigns within marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Partner with Sales on account targeting and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on personas, positioning and messaging.
• Manage lead lifecycle programs including scoring, routing and nurture.
• Track performance across lifecycle stages and optimize conversions.
• Support regional content marketing and event programs through digital amplification.
• Manage external agencies and vendors for paid media and SEO/AEO/GEO.
