Job summary

Kepler Group is seeking a Director of Strategy to guide client growth and strategic vision across four B2B lines. You will manage senior executive relationships, transition to portfolio oversight, and align Kepler’s media capabilities with client goals.

You’ll lead strategy development, leverage Kip tools, and drive testing frameworks while mentoring your team and shaping talent across the portfolio. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented leadership role based in New York.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of digital media experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-sector accounts with large spend
• Proven B2B strategy and ABM experience
• Channel-agnostic media knowledge across multiple platforms
• Strong executive communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Design integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels
• Own senior client relationships across portfolio and manage executive conversations
• Leverage Kip platform and testing frameworks to inform strategic decisions
• Monitor contract deliverables, scope alignment and portfolio margin health
• Coach and mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and growth
