Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minneapolis is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the strategy for onboarding new partners and expanding relationships across the credit card portfolio, leveraging diverse data sources and capabilities.

You will collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and external vendors to build predictive models, dashboards, and insights that support data-driven decisions and growth. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of analytics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with analytics software (SAS, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with advanced analytics, statistics, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Work on big data/analytics projects to gather, integrate data and build models.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with partners to create a secure data environment for insights.
• Identify life-events from data sources to build use cases.
• Evaluate new tools and data to assess strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven product management and engagement.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations based on results.
• Lead creation and maintenance of dashboards and performance metrics.
