Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Insights & Analytics Consultant to transform complex data into actionable insights that influence strategy and drive business performance.

You will lead analytics initiatives from discovery to visualization and serve as a trusted advisor to business partners. You will partner with leaders across Consumer Banking, Growth Studio, and enterprise teams, applying SQL, Python, and Power BI to develop KPI frameworks, forecasts, and impactful visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand objectives, define analytical approaches, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics to measure business outcomes.
• Synthesize insights from multiple data sources into actionable business recommendations.
• Promote visualization and reporting best practices.
