Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within a high-velocity SMB / Mid-Market environment.
• Experience owning a large book of business with clear performance metrics (retention, revenue, usage).
• Proven grit and tenacity in early-stage VC-backed environments; strong data, systems and workflows mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own a large book of business (100+ customers) with accountability for consumption, retention and net revenue expansion.
• Drive consumption and utilization across finance, marketplace, and AI products; identify and unblock accounts.
• Reduce churn by proactive risk identification and interventions; run structured save motions.
