Nitra is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join our growing fintech healthcare team. You will be the primary contact for doctors, office managers, and practice admins, guiding them through questions, issues, and engagement with Nitra.

With 1–3 years in a customer-facing role and a proactive mindset, you will reach out to inactive customers, turn conversations into actionable next steps, and help drive adoption of our platform across US healthcare practices in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• comfortable making outbound calls and handling inquiries.
• ability to translate conversations into clear, actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for doctors, office managers, and practice admins.
• Answer questions and resolve issues to ensure smooth onboarding and usage of Nitra.
• Proactively reach out to inactive customers and turn conversations into next steps.
