Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Experience in call center or scheduling environments preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Enter and update customer information in scheduling and dispatch system.
• Coordinate technicians and communicate service updates.
