Job summary

Patriot Heating and A/C in Shawnee, KS, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help lead our next growth stage. You will answer calls, schedule service, and coordinate dispatches while maintaining accurate ServiceTitan records.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer-service skills, excellent attention to detail, and is computer-literate. ServiceTitan experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• High attention to detail and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• HVAC or plumbing office experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote services and maintenance opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, and coordinate daily schedules.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in ServiceTitan.
• Process service requests, invoices, and customer follow-ups in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management.
