Job summary

Vagaro in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Sr. Creative Strategist to own creative strategy across growth channels and to build a testing infrastructure that informs decisions from ad impressions to conversion.

You will work closely with paid channel leads and a creative team to elevate the quality of market-ready assets and ensure a CRO-focused approach to landing pages, driving measurable improvements in campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy for performance or growth marketing.
• Hands‑on experience across paid social and/or paid search.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate signals into direction.
• Familiarity with platform-specific creative best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
• Understanding of CRO and landing page strategy even if not building pages.

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-driven creative briefs with clear direction on concept, message, format and audience.
• Own creative strategy across paid channels and ensure assets have a rationale tied to performance goals.
• Collaborate with channel leads to translate performance gaps into testable hypotheses.
• Synthesize trends and signals to sharpen creative approach over time.
• Bridge performance data and creative execution to help inform production.
