Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of an assigned property. You will drive occupancy, ensure resident satisfaction, manage budgets, and lead the on-site team to meet company standards.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Office 365 and Yardi. It offers a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and Yardi.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting, and property operations.
• Must have Tax Credit experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Show available apartments, explain lease terms, process leasing documents.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and related accounting tasks.
• Address resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections of apartments, amenities, and common areas; identify maintenance needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site team to meet performance goals.
• Review financial and operating reports; implement cost control and revenue strategies.
• Monitor local market conditions and competitors; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Participate in and lead regular team meetings and trainings.
