Job summary

HUB International in Culver City, CA is seeking an Account Manager to provide critical client support, manage the full account-service process, and coordinate with carriers. You will prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and oversee renewals for complex commercial lines accounts.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and have 3+ years’ related insurance experience, with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred).
• Have at least 3+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience.
• Licensed in good standing.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
• Demonstrated presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire account-service process.
• Market to carriers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Presents proposals to clients.
• Participate in client meetings with Producer(s).
• Oversee enrollments/changes/terms.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Respond to/resolves escalated client issues.
• Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate premium financing and collection of premiums.
• Maintain organized account files.
