Job summary

HUB International in Fresno seeks an Account Manager to provide critical customer service for commercial insurance clients. You will manage the full account-service process, market to carriers, and prepare quotes and proposals, supporting producers and handling enrollments and renewals.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED (college degree preferred), 3+ years in commercial lines, and an active license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least 3+ years in related commercial lines insurance.
• Active license in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to present proposals and interact with all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire account-service process
• Market to carriers
• Prepare quotes and proposals
• Presents proposals to clients
• Participates in client meetings with Producers
• Oversees enrollments/changes/terms
• Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders
• Responds to/resolves escalated client issues
• Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy
• Coordinates premium financing and collection of premiums
• Maintains accurate and organized account files
