Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a skilled insurance sales professional to drive new business, manage renewals, and grow a book of business. The role requires a producer license, a 4-year degree, and 2–5 years in insurance sales. Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese skills are highly valued.

The position is based in the U.S. with a strong focus on growth in a dynamic brokerage environment and involves commission-based earnings

Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License is required.
• A 4-year degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–5 years of insurance sales experience is expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilize sales tools and create presentations to close new business.
• Serve as subject matter expert to maximize long-term success.
• Manage a book of business to maintain high renewal rates.
• Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewals and place new accounts.
