Trucordia is seeking an experienced insurance sales professional to drive new business and manage an expanding book of clients. Travel up to 70% and bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese are highly preferred. A 4-year business-related degree and 2–5 years of sales experience are required.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, utilization of Salesforce and company tools, and collaboration with client services to maximize renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• Meets monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
• Bilingual: Portuguese/Spanish and English highly preferred.
• 4-year degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years in an insurance sales role.

Responsibilities

• Meet established sales quotas monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Use Trucordia tools to perform cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations.
• Act as subject matter expert to focus area for long-term success.
• Manage a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal and place new accounts.
• Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and tooling.
