Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Client Success or related role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up new agent accounts and integrations.
• Onboard new agents within 24 hours of assignment.
• Conduct regular one-on-one consultations with agents to grow their business.
• Provide tailored recommendations to reach quarterly growth targets.
• Monitor agent lead return rates and account balances.
• Maintain and update Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Analyze platform data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to drive improvements.
