You will advise on insurance products and conduct policy reviews to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

You will contribute to growth while delivering personalized service, building community trust, and coordinating with agency teams to meet sales targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
