• 3–5+ years of business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related sectors.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and growing accounts.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, pricing, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned market or territory.
• Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Develop business through customer visits, networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
• Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft commercial solutions and ensure smooth handoffs.
