• 2+ years of professional experience; internship preferred.
• Experience with sales/support or marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Interest in using AI to enhance work efforts and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain pipeline data and activity logs in CRM systems.
• Develop recurring pipeline reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Support Industry Directors with account and opportunity tracking.
• Assist forecasting, proposals, contracts, and materials development.
• Coordinate meetings and support business development initiatives.
