Job summary

Sheakley is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to research, qualify, and prepare prospective opportunities, enabling the Business Development team to focus on relationship building, client engagement, and new business acquisition.

The Coordinator will use Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and other approved tools to identify target companies, research contacts, maintain accurate data, and create workflows aligned with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience researching companies, industries and contacts.
• Ability to build targeted prospect lists and maintain data accuracy.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective companies within target industries in the United States and Canada.
• Evaluate accounts for alignment with offerings and target criteria.
• Identify key decision makers and relevant contact information.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for Business Development Representatives.
• Create and maintain business development workflows and outreach campaigns.
• Enrich company and contact records using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Maintain CRM accuracy through data review, verification, updates, and quality control.
• Support pipeline development with qualified target accounts and contacts.
• Collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives and reporting.
