This full-time role supports business development and sales by handling leads, contacting prospects, and keeping the process organized, while providing admin support and CRM updates.

The ideal candidate excels in phone communication, is highly organized, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, professional speaking with customers by phone.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software, technology, and CRM systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage new consultant and prospect information received from brokers and website inquiries.
• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and text to screen candidates and schedule appointments with Business Advisors.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and leads to maintain engagement and move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the company's CRM system.
• Serve as a positive first point of contact and create a professional, welcoming experience for prospective customers.
• Provide general administrative and business development support as needed.
• Coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
