Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Sales, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership in projects.
• Clear communication and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and development of new business opportunities within the Utilities sector.
• Work with senior sales and delivery teams on active client engagements.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and outreach efforts.
• Research target accounts and translate insights into engagement strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and support next steps and follow-ups.
• Suggest improvements to how we build pipeline and engage with clients.
