Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior management consultant to lead growth and delivery for its Energy Providers Practice, focusing on investor-owned utilities. You will develop strategic advisory and transformation engagements, drive client satisfaction, and oversee cross-functional teams across delivery, solutions, and technology.

Qualifications

• US citizen or permanent resident due to client requirements.
• 10+ years in management consulting within power utilities (or 8+ with Master's).
• Executive-level power utilities/commercial energy experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and client satisfaction in Energy Providers Practice through advisory and delivery of engagements.
• Develop/expand long-term client relationships leading to repeat business.
• Lead pursuit and closure of new consulting engagements; oversee engagement delivery.
