Star Dental Partners seeks a Business Development Associate in Plano, TX to generate partnership leads and build a strong pipeline for growth. You will support marketing efforts and collaborate with the BD team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications include 1+ year in inside sales or dental practice, local Dallas commuting ability, and a diploma or GED. The role offers competitive base pay with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of inside sales or dental practice experience.
• Local to the Greater Dallas, TX area and able to commute to Plano up to 4 days per week.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate partnership leads primarily through outbound calling.
• Build a deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities.
• Qualify accounts and research potential partnerships.
• Collaborate with the BD team to generate and qualify new leads.
• Maintain prospect database (HubSpot) with accuracy.
• Manage outbound mailing program and track response rates.
• Assist marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
