Job summary

Star Dental Partners in Plano, TX is seeking a Business Development Associate to generate partnership leads and support marketing efforts within a collaborative, fast-growing DSO environment. You will build a robust pipeline, conduct account research, and qualify opportunities alongside the Business Development team.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or dental practice experience preferred; at least 1 year.
• Local to the Greater Dallas area; commute to Plano up to 4 days/week.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate partnership leads for the company through cold calling.
• Build a deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities.
• Outbound qualification and research of accounts.
• Work with the BD team to generate and qualify new leads.
• Maintain prospect database (HubSpot) with accuracy.
• Manage outbound mailing program and track response rates.
• Assist in marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
