Job summary

Miller’s Textile Services in Wapakoneta, OH is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to expand our local customer base. You’ll receive full training, a dedicated territory, a company vehicle, and the tools to succeed as you build relationships with area businesses.

Expect a base of $45,000 plus $20 per quality appointment and uncapped commissions on closed business within 120 days. You’ll use Pipedrive CRM and Microsoft 365, and advance to a Senior role after consistent performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, listening, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with high-volume prospecting (150+ outbound calls/week).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software (Pipedrive preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate New Business: schedule at least 10 quality face-to-face appointments per week.
• Qualify Leads: identify potential customers and set appointments with decision-makers.
• Manage Your Pipeline: record and track all activity in Pipedrive CRM.
• Master Our Services: within 30 days, learn products, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate: work with sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences from first contact through closing.
