Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Growth: Prospect through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits to schedule appointments, deliver presentations, and close multi-year service agreements.
• Deliver Value-Based Solutions: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to recommend products and services aligning with customer goals.
• Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless transition for new accounts during first six weeks.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Sales Director, Service leadership, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Drive New Business Growth: Prospect through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits to schedule appointments, deliver presentations, and close multi-year service agreements.
• Deliver Value-Based Solutions: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to recommend the right products and services that align with customer goals and profitability targets.
• Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Manage documentation and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless transition for new accounts during their first six weeks of service.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Sales Director, Service leadership, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What We Offer

• Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (average reps earn an additional $15,000–$61,000 annually) + quarterly and annual performance bonuses.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
