Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, core products, and how business needs vary by industry/market.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and determine when to escalate or handle independently.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives and own problems for clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients to meet financial needs and circumstances.
• Promote solutions that serve clients and portfolio profitability through knowledge of business, finance, banking, and risk.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a relationship development process and review strategies with the manager.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists who can help meet needs.
• Support assigned branches and uphold risk management and regulatory requirements.
