Qualifications

• Experience guiding clients or stakeholders through processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Branch Growth: marketing plans, relationships, and daily operations to meet goals.
• Lead Loan Processes: oversee new and refinanced loans, ensure compliance, deliver great service.
• Address Delinquency: proactively manage delinquent accounts.
• Be a Hands-On Leader: set the standard for customer service and sales.
• Develop Your Team: coach, mentor, and foster growth and strong relationships.
