Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Bossier City, LA to help lead the team and deliver exceptional service. You will guide customers through securing financial solutions and support daily operations with the Branch Manager.

• Lead by Example: Set high standards for service and sales, address concerns with empathy.
• Inspire the Team: Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support for growth.
