This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching staff and delivering results. The position emphasizes developing people, managing performance, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent.

Qualifications

• Community impact demonstrated through helping others in service or leadership roles.
• 1-2 years of leadership/management experience with a track record of influence.
• Commitment to career advancement and ongoing learning.
• Experience guiding clients through processes with support and advice.
• Ability to support and develop team members in a collaborative environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.
