Qualifications

• Experience leading a consumer- and small business-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch performance, including sales growth and customer experience.
• Coach and develop branch team to meet targets and service goals.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor lead management through Salesforce and ensure high-quality consultations.
• Identify and escalate risks to protect the branch and customers.
