United Plastics Machinery LLC in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Bookkeeper - Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. This role can be full- or part-time, with hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and comes with benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and a mentor program.

You will handle job costing, accrual accounting, accounts payable and receivable, maintain the general ledger, and prepare financial documents for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software and project-based accounting.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in bookkeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle job costing, accrual accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain books and general ledger.
• Reconcile cost variances and report to leadership.
• Track vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile loans, bank accounts and credit cards monthly and generate financial documents.
