Job summary

Marco’s Copy/Print solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to build a robust US-wide pipeline and accelerate growth. You will prospect, qualify leads, and set discovery meetings for Sales Representatives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will leverage Salesforce, collaborate with the sales team on campaigns, and uncover upsell opportunities while maintaining precise CRM data and meeting outbound activity KPIs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in business development, inside sales, or tech-related customer engagement preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach using Salesforce CRM.
• Qualify sales prospects, produce quality leads, and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Representatives.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Marco’s products, services, industry trends, competitors, and clients.
