This role focuses on prospecting new healthcare clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and presenting our staffing solutions to drive growth. You will embody our core values, engage with executives, and work in a fast-paced environment with uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing or sales is preferred.
• Ability to identify and qualify new clients through outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new healthcare clients via outbound calling and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Present Pacific Companies' permanent placement and locum tenens staffing solutions.
• Execute a consultative sales process to acquire and grow client partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client delivery and satisfaction.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and educate prospective clients on the value proposition.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity, revenue, and growth goals.
