Miller Subaru is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our dealership family that has served the community for over 100 years. We offer growth opportunities and long-term success in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

The role requires guiding customers through service needs, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating warranty repairs. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays, and a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Monday - Friday 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM and some Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicles at check in and reference service history to identify and verify customer needs.
• Promote services, parts and accessories by understanding product and requirements.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and obtain approvals for changes in cost or delivery time.
• Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm and schedule service appointments and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery and communicate results to customers.
• Meet state and federal laws for automobile repair and consumer protection.
