You will recruit, train, and develop team members, driving product knowledge and exceptional service. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required, with a focus on profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, including ongoing development.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sale and store safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
