Total Wine & More in Eatontown, NJ, is hiring Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and support both in-store and online operations. Roles include merchandising, stocking, signage, and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery. The position may involve evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule.

Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided. Employees are referred to as Merchandisers and report to the store management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup, and delivery services if assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely per policies and procedures.
