Total Wine & More in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to help lead a dynamic sales and service team. You will support store operations, drive a customer-first culture, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while guiding staff through training and performance coaching.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years retail supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture.
• Drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned
