TitleMax in Rincon, GA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support customers through financial services and to gain hands-on experience running a store. You’ll develop leadership skills by driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is full-time with a 40-hour week, including weekends, and includes paid training and growth opportunities within the company’s eleven brands across the country.

Competenze

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing and lifting.

Mansioni

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
