Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager. You will support customers with financial services, manage daily operations, and help drive sales while developing leadership skills. This role involves supervising staff, handling operations, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required with results considered as per law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office as needed, including on-site visits and errands.
• Maintain store hours and schedule while meeting performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws.
• Conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data for compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and coordinate maintenance services.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
