My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T devices and services.

You will help manage store operations, training, and staffing in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and paid training. Competitive compensation and incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom industry experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
