Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching and leading a team, delivering outstanding customer service and AT&T technology solutions to customers.

This role offers strong base pay with commissions, paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, with additional employee incentives and discounts.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours incl. evenings, weekends, holidays (Required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
