Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management or related experience.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates integrity, adheres to policies, and complies with laws and regulations.
• Strives to ensure high-quality resident experiences from first contact through move-out.
• Handles resident concerns with a customer-service approach.
• Communicates with tenants about events, conducts routine inspections, and follows up on move-ins/move-outs.
• Works with leasing team to achieve property goals and analyzes marketing performance.
• Maintains accurate financial records and ensures rent collection and deposits are timely.
