Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in Property Management.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and community software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates high standards of integrity and complies with laws and policies.
• Enhances living experience and first impressions of the community.
• Handles resident concerns with a customer-service driven approach.
• Communicates events and conducts periodic inspections with residents.
• Markets and shows property to prospective residents and handles inquiries.
