Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager for Parc at Princeton Junction in Princeton, NJ. You will lead on-site operations, maximize occupancy, and drive financial performance while ensuring community appearance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, and implementing retention programs, with a focus on compliance, safety, and high-quality living experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in Property Management or related work.
• CAM/ARM preferred; willingness to obtain.
• Strong problem-solving and data collection skills.
• On-call availability and travel to events as needed.
• OSHA knowledge and ability to comply with laws.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates integrity and adherence to policies and laws.
• Enhances living experience and first/last impressions.
• Handles resident concerns with positive customer service.
• Develops resident retention programs and communications.
• Maintains and analyzes property metrics and marketing data.
• Ensures rents and fees are collected and recorded accurately.
• Oversees budgeting, leasing staff, and marketing strategies.
• Hires, trains, and manages on-site staff; conducts performance reviews.
